Case 10-25806 Surgical Suture Material after recent Hysterectomy


74 year old patient with anamnesis of recent hysterectomy.

Cytology: Almost purulent smear. Epithelial atrophy.

Abundant surgical suture materials. Otherwise limited adequacy for evaluation.

Recommendation: Repeat smear in about 6 months if clinically indicated. (Hysterectomy, No previous malignant lesion documented in our files).
